L320 low carbon line pipe Description

 

L320 stands for low-alloy high-strength pipeline steel, and its minimum yield strength is 320MPa, which meets the strength requirements of API 5L and other standards for pipeline steel.
‌Chemical composition‌: It is based on ferrite-pearlite, with a low carbon content (<=0.16%), and alloy elements such as manganese and silicon are added to optimize the toughness and welding performance of the material.
Production process ‌Straight seam welding process‌: The strip is rolled longitudinally and formed by straight seam submerged arc welding (such as double-sided submerged arc welding). The weld is distributed in a straight line along the axis of the steel pipe, which is suitable for the production of small and medium-sized diameter pipes (such as DN32~DN400).
‌Forming characteristics‌: The production process includes uncoiling, leveling, forming, welding, sizing and other steps, supporting customized outer diameters (such as 20x20mm, 40x40mm, etc.) and wall thicknesses to meet different engineering needs. Performance advantages
‌Mechanical properties‌: Yield strength >=320MPa, tensile strength >=460MPa, suitable for medium and high pressure fluid (such as water, natural gas, oil) transportation scenarios‌.
